The developers of the Residences at Gallery Place are suing the building’s condominium association, according to Washington Business Journal reporter Sarah Krouse. !)Akridge and Western Development Corporation, the developer and owner of the building, is claiming that the building’s condo board hasn’t been forking over standard community costs.“Akridge and!)Western Development Corp. say the association has not paid common-area maintenance costs since 2007 and was late paying $126,590 in insurance costs,” Krouse wrote. !)”The team is calling for $458,630 in damages plus interest, attorneys fees and a judgment that would require the association to continue to pay for future expenses. !)The unpaid expenses at the 192-unit building allegedly include cleaning, trash and snow removal, electrical and elevator maintenance, painting and laundry services.”The Residences at Gallery Place, which were delivered in 2004 as a piece of the giant building that houses Regal Cinemas, Clydes, and other offices, is currently sold out.The lawsuit is not the first controversy to come out of the Residences at Gallery Place, Krouse explained.“The condo board has also seen its share of drama,” She wrote. !)”Some of the building’s residents!)are fighting proposed high-tech billboards that would be attached to the building. 日本医師会の「救急災害医療対策委員会」(委員長=小林國男・帝京平成大教授)は、このほど取りまとめた報告書で、災害医療対策として都道府県医師会が郡市区医師会を単位として編成する災害医療チーム「JMAT(Japan Medical Association Team)」の創設を提案している。 同委員会は、2008年7月に唐澤祥人会長から「救急災害医療における連携のあり方」「医師会の災害時医療救護対策」について検討するよう諮問され、小委員会2回を含む計10回の会合を重ねて報告書を取りまとめた。 報告書によると、「医師会JMAT」は災害発生後、日医による都道府県医師会への要請に基づいて待機・出動する。災害発生直後から、災害派遣医療チームである「DMAT(Disaster Medical Assistance Team)」や被災地医師会との間で役割分担や連携を行いつつ、主に災害急性期の医療を担う。 「医師会JMAT基本方針」によると、医師会JMATの構成は中小病院の勤務医・看護職員や診療所開業医師会員が中心。医師1人、看護職員1人を最小単位とし、都道府県医師会の判断で他のコメディカルや業務調整員を追加することが考えられるとした。また、短期間での交代を前提に編成する必要性を指摘している。 さらに医師会JMATの主な活動内容として、▽現場トリアージ▽必要な医療物資の把握、送付要請▽避難所・臨時診療施設での医療▽被災地の医師会員の医療・介護継続への支援▽被災地医師会を中心とする現地対策本部への助言—などを示した。 報告書ではまた、大規模災害で被災地の郡市区医師会の機能が停止し、医師会JMATとして対応できない場合でも、近隣の開業医師会員同士が自発的・組織的に避難所などに集合して災害医療活動に従事できる仕組みを、郡市区医師会が市町村と連携して構築することが必要としている。 報告書ではこのほか、医療と消防の連携や、救急医療体制のあり方などについても言及。 「救急救命士の業務の場所の拡大(提議)」では、▽救急隊(消防機関)の救急救命士が患者搬送先医療機関で「救急救命処置」を行う▽救急救命士(専門学校卒、大卒)が救急医療機関に就業し、院内で「救急救命処置」を行う—の2点について提議し、その論点を示している。【3月11日15時58分配信 医療介護CBニュースhttp://h...
