Hi,guys! what's going on you lately?In my case, I've enjoyed being with my lover after backing to Tokyo from my hometown.Both of us live alone in Tokyo to commute to the university,andso we almost live together.By the way, today I wanna write about my disease withspeech essay I wrote for the class in the univeristy.The reason why I write it is that, generally, my blosg tittle was "Girl's diary which I make my life enjoyable thaough I'm suffering from depression",while recently I changed it to " Going my way! girl's diay".so,all readers know my disease and this blog including topicsof not only daily,love,fashion, but also my disease;depression,because Iwanted people to know it due to there are big bias against mental diseases.I waneted to send a message that there is a person who is normal girl as same as others luv fashion, beaty,though I've mental diseases.It's a reason why I started this blog.Anyway,so Iwant you to read followings. 1st story is the explanation. Do you know depression? It’s a mental disease which people feel much depression and many people choose suicide finally.Most of you will say, “I never will be suffered a depression.” “I don’t have any relationship to depression. Only people who are weak, will be suffer. ” However, according to survey conducted by National Mental and Nerve Center, 1 person per 7 persons experiences depression in life in Japan. 2nd story is my real depression experience.In fact, still now, I commute to mental and nerve department in hospital once two week or one month. The action have become custom to me since autumn when I was sophomore in university. I take three types of anti-depression medicines, and one type of tranquilizer which is a medicine to stabilize feelings and nerve everyday. Thanks to the medicines, I can do most things as same as normal people do now. However, without the medicines, I can’t continue live. Originally, I am very ambitious, perfectionist and sociable, and a woman who loves fashion. That is to say, I am normal, I am not a person to catch depression. But I became a mental patient.To tell you what kind of feelings I felt, it’s darkness without exit, besides, I couldn’t talk with my friends normally, couldn’t read resume in classes, couldn’t watch TV program, couldn’t take a bath, couldn’t open e-mails and I lost emotion and feelings like “want to”. Thought which I would not be able to escape from the deflation spiral covered me heavily. What I wanted to do is only to vanish; suicide. Mental medicines are not same as others because they work in the brain and nerve. The medicines carry aftereffect too. In fact, I couldn’t walk straight, couldn’t eat, sleep, and sometimes be deranged. In addition, mental medicines have bad effect such as to prompt suicide and people became depend on them like drugs. Last story is lessons through dark period of depression.I think experience of suffering depression is my treasure in my life. The disease forced me to change all. I felt that my life style, character, and belief were all denied, I was garbage, fool, and loser. It was very hard to escape bottom of darkness. It was difficult and pain to face to myself. Besides, my doctor ordered me not to do job hunting. Classmates and friends are starting to step up their stairs to the future but I can’t. However I think I'm lucky because I got a way to control my feelings and conditions by reading many books about recognition therapy and how to escape depression. Francis inquiry finds 'shocking' failures in care as hospital focused on cutting costs and hitting government targetsAn independent inquiry found today that there were "shocking" systematic failures of hospital care in Mid Staffordshire that left patients routinely neglected, humiliated and in pain as the trust focused on cutting costs and hitting government targets.Today's report from the inquiry led by Robert Francis QC, which was commissioned by the health secretary, Andy Burnham, concluded with 18 recommendations for the trust and the government, but was criticised by some families who reiterated calls for a full public inquiry.The Francis inquiry was commissioned in last September after a damning investigation by the Healthcare Commission six months earlier, which found that between 400 and 1,200 more people died at the Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust than at other hospital trusts between 2005 and 2008.The appalling picture painted by the commission - which described how some patients drank water from vases because they were so thirsty and how many had to rely on their families for food - was not exaggerated, Francis said today.His inquiry heard evidence from some 900 patients and families, finding that many patients "suffered horrific experiences that will haunt them and their loved ones for the rest of their lives ... There can no longer be any doubt as to the enormity of what occurred".Francis found that for many patients the most basic elements of carewere neglected while others were left humiliated and sobbing. The report found that:!) Patients were left in sheets soiled with urine and faeces for considerable periods of time.!) There was striking evidence of the incidence of falls suffered by patients, some of which led to serious injury. Many took place unobserved by staff!) The attitude of nursing staff left much to be desired!) Relatives took to taking sheets home to wash!) There was insufficient care for patients' dignity, with some left in degrading conditions and others inadequately dressed in view of passersby!) Families were forced to remove used bandages and dressings from public areas and clean toilets themselves for fear of catching infections.Gordon Brown described the management failure at the trust, which hit targets and achieved elite foundation status, as completely unacceptable and said the government was working on plans to strike offhospital managers responsible for such issues.The Tory health spokesman Andrew Lansley castigated the government's "tick box" culture and underlined his party's backing for a public inquiry.Julie Bailey, who founded the campaign group Cure the NHS after the death of her mother at the hospital, described the report as "absolutely outrageous". "All he's done is recommended another independent inquiry," she said.The families also complained that evidence to the Francis inquiry was not given in public.Many staff had expressed concerns about the situation at the trust. "The tragedy was that they were ignored," Francis said. "I suggest that the board of any trust could benefit from reflecting on their own work in the light of what is described in my report."The Care Quality Commission, which has replaced the Healthcare Commission, said Mid Staffordshire was now safe to provide hospital services but it would ensure standards were met.Jo Williams, the commission's interim chairwoman, said: "The experiences people describe in this report are deeply distressing and totally unacceptable. There is no excuse for the appalling care patients suffered in this trust and everything possible must be done to prevent this from ever happening again in any NHS trust."It is important to understand that the scale of change required in this organisation was very significant and was never, therefore, going to happen overnight. This is why we have been scrutinising the trust's performance rigorously over the past 12 months."What we currently see is a picture of progress. But in the areas in which we have continuing concerns, we need to ensure that the trust delivers on what it says it is going to do. We need to see that these improvements are delivered on the ground for patients."Burnham said: "This was an appalling failure at every level of the hospital to ensure patients received the care and compassion they deserved. There can be no excuses for this. I am accepting all of the recommendations in full and will set out a detailed response to parliament later today."This was ultimately a local failure, but it is vital that we learn the lessons nationally to ensure that it won't happen again. We expect everyone in the NHS to read the report and act on it. Brown and Irish PM to fly to Belfast today as talks offer end to 20-year searchGordon Brown and Brian Cowen, his Irish counterpart, were flying to Belfast early this morning to set the seal on an historic deal between Sinn F!)in and the Democratic Unionists to share full power.London last night hailed the agreement, which will see policing and criminal justice powers devolved to Northern !)Ireland, as the final piece in the jigsaw after a search for peace lasting nearly 20 years.The two prime ministers, who held three days of intensive talks at !)Hillsborough Castle, Co Down, with the parties last month, will jointly chair a plenary session this morning to formalise the deal.The breakthrough came late last night when Peter Robinson, the DUP leader who has been involved in 10 days of talks with Sinn F!)in, declared he had the full backing of his party in the Stormont assembly.Robinson had faced the threats of !)resignations !) and defections to the hardline Traditional Unionist Voice party !) from a core of members who balked at !)giving Sinn F!)in a say over policing. Up to 14 members of the DUP's 36-strong assembly team were said to be opposed to a deal.In a two-hour meeting with his party at Stormont last night, Robinson persuaded the doubters that he had secured assurances in two key areas. First, the parades commission, seen by many Unionists as biased against Orange parades, would be reformed. Second, that Sinn F!)in would not be able to dictate to the new justice minister. David Ford, the leader of the non-sectarian Alliance party, is expected to hold the post for an interim period to reassure Unionists.Emerging from the meeting at !)Stormont, as the clock in the Great Hall approached midnight, Robinson said: "We have a basis upon which we can go forward and recommend it [the deal] to our party, to the other parties in Northern Ireland and to the community. An essential !)element of the Democratic Unionist party's manifesto is the requirement for community confidence, we believe this can be the basis for gaining that confidence."Gerry Adams, the Sinn F!)in president, said: "I believe that the assembly and political institutions can now proceed on the basis of equality, fairness and partnership. They also have to deliver for all citizens, that is the collective responsibility of all the political parties."Shaun Woodward, the Northern Ireland secretary, hailed the deal as the final part in the jigsaw of the peace process. Power-sharing between the DUP and Sinn F!)in, launched in May 2007 in the final weeks of Tony Blair's premiership, had been unstable because the two sides were unable to agree on the final stage of devolution !) handing powers on policing and criminal justice to the executive.Sinn F!)in insisted that handing over the powers was an essential part of the St Andrew's agreement of 2006 which paved the way for the May 2007 deal. The DUP insisted that such a major step could only be taken when Unionists had full confidence in the institutions.The deal last night marks one of the most significant milestones in the Northern Ireland peace process. This dates back to April 1993 when John Hume, the former leader of the SDLP, took what was then the mammoth step of inviting Adams to his house in Derry for talks.This sparked an intense process !) involving London, Dublin and eventually the Ulster Unionist party !) leading to the Good Friday agreement of 1998. But this was not stabilised !) the former UUP leader served intermittently as first minister !) until the deal between Sinn F!)in and the DUP in 2007.British government sources praised the DUP and Sinn F!)in. "Peter Robinson has shown the most extraordinary leadership," one source said. Thanks for the great question cyclop1988 !) Please be aware that it is impossible for anyone to diagnose a possible hardware failure through the forums. My first recommendation is to take it in for a proper diagnosis, which would cost you 39.99. !) Your laptop appears to be suffering from what appears to be defective hardware. Sometimes it is something as simple as a stick of RAM has become defective, or maybe the RAM itself has become dislodged in it's socket. !) My gut feeling is that the hard drive itself is defective. My recommendation at this point is to check to see if your model has a hard drive test located in the BIOS. Entering the BIOS is different for some models, but usually involves pressing a button during startup, then navigating the menu using the arrow and Enter keys. !) I think your laptop it is "F10" to enter BIOS, then use your left and right arrows to find the Hardware Diagnostics. !) Please keep in mind, that I am only going by my gut instincts here. It could turn out to be defective motherboard, but that usually results in a dead unit altogether. !) As for backing up your data, this could be a bit more difficult, as it could be the failing component in the system. My recommendation is that you take your laptop into your nearest Future Shop and have them do a data backup (if possible), this service costs 79.99. If you are comfortable with removing your hard drive, you can plug it into another computer and try to retrieve the data that way. Please do not attempt this procedure if you are not 100% comfortable with it. It can damage the hardware if done incorrectly. Future Shop does not take any responsibility or liability for any damages that may occur from my advice. !)
